2026-2027 school year
Dear parents, we would draw your attention to the deadlines to submit your application during the 1st enrolment phase for the 2026-2027 school year:
Eligibility requests: from Wednesday 7 January until Thursday 29 January 2026 at 16:00 – Brussels time
Enrolment/transfer applications: from Wednesday 7 January until Friday 30 January 2026 at 16:00 – Brussels time
If you have previously submitted an eligibility request as from 2022-2023, it is not necessary to submit a new one. In this case, please connect directly to your account by clicking on “Sign in” on the top right of your screen considering the deadlines indicated above.
2025-2026 school year
Dear parents, we would draw your attention to the deadlines to submit your application after the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year (in accordance with Article 12 of the Policy on Enrolment):
Eligibility request: as from 10 September 2025 until 27 March 2026 at 16:00 – Brussels time
Submission of enrolment/transfer applications:
As from 10 September 2025 Please note that the CEA will notify its decision at the earliest 2 months before the start of the planned schooling,
Until 27 March 2026 at 16:00 – Brussels time
WELCOME TO THE BRUSSELS EUROPEAN SCHOOLS
The Brussels European Schools are intended primarily for children of staff of the European institutions.
Prior to enrolling your child at one of the Brussels European Schools/Sites, we will need to check your eligibility for enrolment.
The steps listed below will guide you in your eligibility request:
ELIGIBILITY REQUEST
In Brussels all enrolment applications are dealt with on the basis of a Enrolment Policy which is devised each year by the Central Enrolment Authority, based on Guidelines approved by the Board of Governors.
Before completing the eligibility request, you are invited to read the Useful information page of this form.
You will be asked to provide the 'Attestation for the European School' completed by the Director of your employer's HR department
You will be asked to choose your first preference School/Site
- For applications in the nursery and primary cycles, you are requested to select one of the 5 Brussels European Schools/Sites.
- For applications in the secondary cycle, you are requested to select one of the 4 Brussels European Schools.
If you have already completed the eligibility process as from 2022-2023, there is no need to submit a new eligibility request.
If any question arises while reviewing your eligibility request, the enrolment secretary at your first preference school will come back to you.
When eligible for enrolment/transfer, a secure link to the portal will be sent to your email address.
Once activated, it is valid for 10 years.
Now you may start your child(ren)’s application(s). Please log in to the Enrolment portal https://enrolment.eursc.eu/ then click on 'SIGN IN' (in the top right hand corner of the screen) and enter your password.
